1. Acceptance and eligibility
By using Shapp, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and comply with applicable laws.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
- You are responsible for account credentials and activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up to date.
- You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or submit harmful content.
3. Listings and content ownership
Business owners are responsible for the content they submit, including its accuracy, legality, and any required permissions. You retain rights in your content, and grant Shapp a license to display it to operate the service.
4. Moderation and enforcement rights
We may review, reject, remove, or limit content and access when needed to protect users, enforce these terms, or comply with legal requirements.
5. Availability and liability
Shapp is provided on an "as available" basis. We aim for reliability, but uptime and uninterrupted access are not guaranteed.
To the extent permitted by law, Shapp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches, abusive behavior, legal reasons, or security risks. You may stop using the service at any time.
